Partners

Just like most successful endeavors in life, the outcome is best when conducted as part of a team.  Over the years, TDF has partnered with various organizations to locate children in need.  Here are a few of our key partners.

Boulder Crest Foundation

The Veteran-led Boulder Crest Foundation uses the proven science of Posttraumatic Growth to heal, train, and advocate for combat veterans, first responders, and their families who have experienced trauma. We develop, deliver, and scale transformative programs to ensure these remarkable men and women transform struggle into strength and lifelong growth, so they can live the great lives they deserve. More broadly, we are working to drive change across the mental health system, in pursuit of a system that is accessible, effective, and healthy.

Our Purpose: To ensure that combat veterans, first responders, and their families can live great lives in the aftermath of trauma.

Our Mission: To facilitate Posttraumatic Growth through transformative programs, world-class training and education initiatives, and research and advocacy efforts.

Code of Support
We change lives by connecting military, veterans, caregivers, and families to the support they have earned through their service and sacrifice.  The Code of Support Foundation provides essential and critical one-on-one assistance to struggling service members, veterans and their families with the most complex needs.  COSF has three programs, each designed to achieve our vision of bridging the military civilian divide.  Case Coordination Program with a team of trained case coordinators and veteran peer navigators provide personalized, comprehensive, long-term assistance.  PATRIOTlink®, is a cloud-based resource navigation platform designed by service providers for service providers. The third is their Education & Engagement Program, they work to build America’s public awareness of the service and sacrifice of our military, veterans and their families through its education and engagement program.

Luke’s Wings
Luke’s Wings is an organization dedicated to the support of service members who have been wounded in battle.  Recognizing the immediate need for families to be with their loved ones at such a difficult time, Luke’s Wings provides families with the means to visit during the service member’s hospitalization and rehabilitation.  By purchasing travel agency services and travel tickets for loved ones, Luke’s Wings provides an immediate and invaluable service to the families of our men and women at arms while also helping to encourage and motivate the service member’s recovery.

Operation Second Chance
Helping Heroes Move On. We are patriotic citizens committed to serving our wounded, injured and ill combat veterans. We support Veterans and their families by building relationships and identifying and supporting immediate needs and interests. We are dedicated to promoting public awareness of the many sacrifices made by our Armed Forces.

The Station Foundation
HOMECOMING FOR THE SOF COMMUNITY.  The effects of combat extend well beyond the battlefield – into the lives of service members and their homes. This is especially true for our Nation’s Special Operations Forces (SOF). The SOF lifestyle makes it extremely difficult to preserve the health, wellness and readiness of SOF members and their families. TSF provides resources to help all Members and Families of the Special Operations Community attain the same elite performance in their personal lives as they enjoy in uniform.  TSF offers a place where Special Operators and their Families can stop, identify their values and “stay on track.”  We are a critical stop on the journey to continue a life of Elite Living.

USSOCOM Care Coalition

The USSOCOM Care Coalition supports Special Operations Forces (SOF) Wounded, Ill, or Injured service members and their families.  The goal of the Care Coalition is to accomplish the mission by, through, and with government and non-government organizations.
Mission: The USSOCOM Care Coalition’s mission is to provide Special Operations Warriors and their families a model advocacy program in order to enhance their quality of life and increase special operations readiness.

Wounded Veteran Family Care
Behind Every Wounded Veteran is a Family in Need. Wounded Veteran Family Care focuses on meeting quality of life needs of family members so they can continue to focus on their hero’s recovery.
Mission: We seek to improve the quality of life of individuals and families who provide daily, substantial care for catastrophically wounded, ill, or injured veterans. We want to ensure that every caregiving family is recognized, accepted, and supported in their civilian community.
